Aloof, unprofessional and inexperienced
Telehealth
Gina is terrible at working with young adults.My son has been seeing her virtually and would dread the sessions.She shows no genuine interest in her clients during her sessions.Its very apparent that her heart isnt in her work and that shes just collecting a paycheck.I attended some of these.Her and her front office associate Lisa insult and degrade CalOptima patients.If you miss an appointment good luck hearing from her again.And if you do,it will take at least weeks and she rudely and condescendingly tries to make you stop services to try to avoid being the one to drop the patient.Suddenly she's making excuses about how booked she's been and will be.She refused to give out her license and full name so I can report her.I has to do all the the research to get it.She is practicing as a Psychotherapist but it says that she's an LMFT online.This is all very shady.

Professional Careing
I do Weekly Online Therapy Sessions I'm 4 tele-health visits in. I feel I've gotten more information addressing my issues than my previous therapist for 6 months. Where I felt he was just reading from a script. Gina is very knowledgeable, great listener, and helpful with creating plans for success.
