One star is to much
She had a problem with me from the start. She is very rude and uncaring. I've never seen anyone that was more unprofessional or less understanding in my life.

I have seen her a few times when I couldn't wait for my regular doctor. She is very kind and listens. I found her very easy to work with to resolve my problem. She never seemed rushed to get to the next patient.
