She put me at ease from the moment I met her. She didn't "tell" me what to do. She listened, discussed, suggested and left it up to me to make the final decision as to what path I was going to take. She explained everything very well in language I could understand. She spend a lot of time with me and never rushed the appointment. I was extremely encouraged by the whole experience.
