Always takes the time! Never rushes me. She is kind, listens, thoroughly, compassionate, and thorough. She came in on her day off to give me test results. Amazing woman! I never had this kind of care from any other doctor.

Not responsive AT ALL
Needed urgent appointment twice in 2 months, and was told by her office staff to go to an Urgent Care facility because she wasn't available. Wait, what??? I thought this is why we establish relationships with our health care provider???????? First time was a persistent cough. Second time was a broken toe. Verified by an xray, from an URGENT CARE......

Although Gennie is great and I have been a patient for years... her office staff is horrible! I woke up very sick the day after Christmas and called her office... and as a long time patient I assumed I'd get an appointment. Instead I was told I couldn't be seen until Monday, which was four days away! I told them I was really sick and expected to see my health care provider. The office woman simply said, "I'm sorry." and hung up! I went to the ER and found out I have both the flu and Strep throat. I did tell the ER doctor I was refused to be seen by my regular HCP. I hope they are reported. Merry Christmas indeed!

Ginnie is AMAZING. She genuinely cares about you and your concerns. I never feel rushed. She takes the time to listen to me and I never leave feeling unsatisfied! I will continue to see her for many years to come!
