Horrible. She does not listen and pushes medication that have dangerous side affects and does not listen to when the patient says, 'no". She Does not respect when the patients sayd "no" and has the nerve to say, "I would like you to take this medicine" despite the fact it is not her that is not going to take it. She does not respect boundaries... She does not care about the patient's well being since she is not the one who is going to be taking the meds and getting the side affects. She is useless, and won't help. She dictates what medicines to take rather than working with the patient, especially a patient who knows what works and what does not and how it makes them feel.

Gisela is a kind and caring person, and tried very hard to help me within the limitations set by her facility rules. I would recommend her heartily, but cannot recommend PCSD due to their aegis policies.
