Dr. Sones provides a safe, non- judgmental environment. I suffered from general anxiety disorder and she successfully guided me through several hardships over the years from failed IVF treatments, marriage issues and ugly workplace politics. With her help, I can share me opinions and needs with my husband in a way that doesn’t harm our relationship. I’ve successfully de-escalated a work relationship where I was feeling bullied and can get through tough challenges without panic or loss of sleep. Using thoughts, words and reflection helped me greatly. You will have to do the work to get results. She will probe, encourage and present context but the heavy lifting is on the client.
