I selected Glenda as my pcp based on a family member’s recommendation. In the past three months, I have been shuffled to other doctors, two scripts have been written for double the dosage (one a controlled substance), a third script I was told today they don’t prescribe (despite them writing it for the last 3 months), and today was told I have to have an appointment in order to get a script. I had a follow up appointment on the books for today, that was booked 2 months ago, but got a call this morning that I didn’t need to come in since I was just there two weeks ago. A few hours later I was told to call tomorrow and make a new appointment. No thanks. I’ll see someone else and have already switched my pcp with my insurance company. Avoid this ENTIRE practice. They have no idea what they’re doing!
