If you are a couple save your time and money and get a lawyer Dr. Siegel would sit in sessions like King Solomon, watch us have an argument and then decide who was right and who was wrong. In one instance she told me to get of my high horse and stop expecting thanks or acknowledgment from my wife for cleaning the house, and to just get a cleaning lady. During our time with her she gave us one photo copied sheet, for us to take home and help us work on our communication. There was never any follow up or practice in office to help us with communication or our relationship.

Dr. Siegel helped me overcome an eating disorder that has haunted me since I was nine years old. She was very easy to talk with and open up tough subjects with no judgement. She helped me in ways that I never thought anyone could. Meeting with her changed my life.
