She actually listens to you.

Ms. Alcarez actually faces you while you converse. She actually looks at and, if necessary, touches you, she's not like a previous practitioner I went to who spent 95% of the visit typing on the computer, or my most recent previous physician's office (liked physician, but office staff was abysmal - references to specialists not in my network, and worse). The office staff and the clinical assistants (intake, bloodwork, etc.) here are, at minimum good and efficient, most are cheerful and outstanding. I like feel taken care of here.
