I never questioned Timmerman or Jorgensen’s care. I believed they would tell me if something was wrong. I received treatment for 9 years and when asking for records I was met with such disrespect (Megan printed them off 12 min after asking, then I was made to wait 1 hr 45 min, how petty). It turns out I’d been treated all 9 years for 2 specific areas- L4,L5 and C3, C4, C5. I was NEVER referred on. Just a revolving door. I have had to have TWO spinal surgery’s with SEVERE hernias some that had been calcified, due to non-treatment. I was still being AGGRESSIVELY adjusted despite me saying I was having nerve symptoms and shocks down my arms during adjustments. I could have been paralyzed or killed according to other Chiropractors and my Neurosurgeon.
