Dr. Fanelli was very nice, as well as the receptionist. He was thorough with the eye exams that I had, and explained things well. He was also very patient. It was easy to get an appointment with his office, which was done online. A big plus was they offer appointments on Saturdays.

I went to Dr. Fanelli for over 10 years and he never had a great personality but who cares i'm not trying to be his friend. This last time he didn't give me my prescription at my appt and I didn't purchase new frames at that time. I just went back to get my Rx and was trying on some frames. I went to take a picture of the frame to see if the model came in my size and for future reference. He came out and took the glasses from me and told me the model/size number on the frame was his proprietary info. He was rude. That and the fact that his frames are more expensive then elsewhere mean i won't be going back.

I've been seeing Dr. Fanelli for several years now. He is a nice doctor with a friendly disposition. The staff is also very nice and there is never a problem getting an appointment. My glasses are done within a week. My only issue is the office is small.

There is not a long wait to get an Appointment, Great Customer Care from Staff! Excellent Exam from Dr. Fanelli as well as a Friendly, Personable Dr. Visit! Dr. Fanelli ALWAYS takes the time to help with my choices of potential eye wear, addresses my questions and concerns about different pairs of glasses, to ensure I'm satisfied with the pair I choose! I LOVE THIS PLACE!
