I have been going to Dr. K for years. He was my last resort for my low back pain. I had been told her was a very different Doctor and it was worth trying him. I am so glad I did. After reviewing my exercise regime and making a few changes he began his treatments. I am pleased to say 11 years later with my monthly "tune ups", I am pain free. When I tore my rotator cuff last year, he did my therapy on that also. My arm and shoulder are now pain free. Go see him. You'll be glad you did.

I have a bad back (narrowing and bulging disks, osteoarthritis of facets, etc.). Physical therapy exercises and radio-frequency ablation of the nerves (all prescribed by a top back surgeon) helped little at all. A friend strongly urged me to try Dr. Kotlarczyk. His program of manipulation and his revised exercises for me have made a very large improvement in my quality of life.
