Dr. Gregory Walston, LMFT

I have been seeing Dr. Walston for almost 3 years. He is highly empathetic, caring, compassionate, & patient. He knows that you can't force a client to change, they have to bring the will & the work themselves, but he has been very helpful in identifying patterns in my life that emerge over & over & over. For me, he is the perfect example of "unconditional positive regard". He has given me a space that is safe, familiar, where I feel free to explore my thoughts & feelings in a way that I have never felt in any other relationship in my life.

this guy told us to come back in 2 weeks then did not show up, then lied and said he told us hed be out of town i saw this guy once w gf... he seemed good, but them he says “we will have sessions every 2 weeks”. i even recorded audio of him saying that. 2 weeks later...he stands us up. we go to his building for nothing. and it was raining. he insists that he told us he wouldn’t be available that day. i just think it shows a huge lack of integrity to do that and not admit when your wrong. 2
