I am so grateful to have Gretchen Barnes as a provider. Gretchen is extremely knowledgeable in her specialty. She listens attentively and makes me feel comfortable talking about even the most difficult topics. Gretchen provides compassionate care, ensuring to include me in the decision making process when changes need to be made to my medications and plan of care. If I have concerns, she is always willing to listen and offer alternatives. Gretchen is truly an asset to the mental healthcare community.

Gretchen asks me many questions so she knows exactly what I'm experiencing. She is thoughtful, kind, and I feel like she really wants to help me figure out my diagnosis, help me to get on the right medication regimen, and she is helping me seek other care outside of medication. Moving from my previous med provider to Blooming Medical Group and Gretchen has given me hope for improvement in the future. She makes me feel heard right now and she takes what I have to say seriously.

At every appointment, Gretchen makes me feel seen and heard. She is easy to talk to and never makes me feel bad about myself when I tell her what's happening with me. After my appointments, I feel confident that I have received the best possible care that could be given. I can honestly say, having Gretchen as my physician is an absolute joy!
