Incompetent
After 2 attempts to update my RX, my new glasses are STILL not right. I'm still wearing my old glasses from my previous optometrist. Over $350 down the drain. Then she over billed me and tried to blame it on insurance (my provider confirmed they DID overbill). Crooked and incompetent...I'll make the drive to Bend next time, these guys are the WORST.
