I received psychotherapy from Mr. Pacheco about 5 years ago. I learned a lot from this process. He drew on a variety of techniques that I had never experienced, behavioral, somatics, even coaching and faith. I felt understood as a man, a spouse, a worker - that he was a man I could really trust. I still make use of the wisdom he taught me.
