Very Disorganized. Unhelpful Staff
Telehealth
Made a telehealth appoint for a followup visit. Made a point of setting up for the call 15 minutes early so I wouldn't be late. After 30 minutes of waiting I called the office and confirmed she would still be calling me.45 minutes later, 75min after the appointment time I finally get the call, and she hangs up after the second ring before I could answer the phone.Called the number back immediately, spent 15 minutes on hold, for a receptionist to tell me she would call me back, before hanging up on me mid call.Waited until closing time and never got a callback. I expect they will try and bill me as a no show for this as well
