I was very happy to meet Dr. Kupfer last week! First of all, the doctor is very punctual: my appointment started exactly at the time it should. No delays, which is, unfortunately, rare nowadays. She devoted all the appointment time to me, did not hurry up or scream at me. Everything was explained to me with great patience and respect. I was able to quickly secure an appointment with Dr. Kupfer, and during my visit she showed great care and professionalism regarding my concerns surrounding possible hearing issues. She listened with patience, and explained each part of the exam as it was administerd. She then explained her initial findings and promised a report would follow shortly. I received the final audiology report the next day and was comprehensive and thorough. I will definitely see Dr Kupfer again, and would give her the highest recommendation.

She suggests a product and continues to see you over and over again until you are either comfortable with the product or it needs to be replaced by a different one. My mother was extremely happy after visiting Dr. Kupfer. She was very attentive to all her needs, her hearing was much better after the Dr.'s visit. When she needed the additional service for the hearing aids it was provided in a timely fashion. The service was really great and I highly recommend this Doctor.

Dr. Kupfer is one of the best audiologists you could hope for. She is always upbeat and eager to solve any problem you have with your hearing and your hearing aids. In the past year I have had to see her to help with my hearing aids, which I purchased from her. As a patient who is too old to be patient, it is wonderful having Dr. Kupfer as my audiologist. Today she cleaned my hearing aids and checked my hearing. She is spot on with her recommendations and answers my emails promptly. Caring and listening are two of her fine qualities. All in all, I recommend Dr. Kupfer in the highest terms.

Dr. Kupfer is a professional but very approachable. She has the latest and most up-to-date equipment. She takes the time to explain what the equipment is measuring and what the results indicate. She explains the different types of Hearing Aids and explains why she recommends a particular type for your condition. Although she can supply whatever hearing aid you need, she doesn't pressure you to purchase from her.

There are three important things to note about Dr. Kupfer and her practice: 1) Her office and equipment is very high-tech. I have gone to several audiologists over the years and have never seen stuff like she has, 2) She is very professional and 3) She is a caring person, very attentive to what the patient needs and wants. Like I said, I have seen several audiologists but Dr. Kupfer is the best.
