Haeyoung Chong

It was quick to get in as a new patient and now I know why. At first she seemed nice but things took a quick turn to being rude and obnoxious. I am a little over weight which I do understand that I need to try and loose some of it. I have back problems which I had surgery for ... her answer is trying to push weight loss shots onto me. I had family that took those and had bad outcomes told her straight out no but continued to try to push it like some kind of commercial. Wonder if she gets some kind of compensation for putting people on it. I do not recommend her at all. Will not be going back at all. Never got to see the main dr at all. The rooming nurse was lovely receptionists seemed nice too. Too bad they have a rude dr that don't seem like she cares about other health issues.

Too loud. Disrespectful. Scared my daughter thinking she was having a heart attack. Wouldn't see me when I had pneumonia.

I am going to start by saying that, this was the only practice that would see me in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, I would not have come here. NP Chong was extremely rude and judgmental. She took very little interest in what I had to say because she was to busy berating me. I went to the practice to get help, not to be mistreated and judged by a mid-level provider. She has a complete lack of empathy, and doesn't care. NP Chong is a horrible provider and I DO NOT recommend going to see her. I have never left a doctor's office in tears before, today was definitely a first. Haeyoung Chong does not deserve to be a Nurse Practitioner or any provider. The complete disrespect she carries and lack of care for her patients is disgusting.
