Hannah Boateng

I witnessed exceptional high quality of Ms. Boateng's advice/referrals to a client during two meetings at Southeast Healthcare, 16 W. Long Street, Columbus, OH. Not only was she direct and specific, but she was able to explain in a caring yet firm manner her messages to the client. Nowhere else in my 50 years contact with mental health, housing, and job resources have I seen any case worker/counselor exhibit so much effort, attention to details, and compassion into her advice and recommendations to the client, who has severe mental challenges/disabilities, history of substance abuse, experienced multiple instances of physical and sexual abuse, was victim of many thefts and robberies causing intense stress while living at the YMCA, 40 W. Long St., and was continually discriminated against for his sexual identity. Her counseling was unbiased. I appreciate how much her talents/training are needed by the homeless, drug/alcohol abusers, jobless, and health compromised clients.
