Patient and Thorough
Hannah and the nursing staff are genuinely interested in your care. The nursing staff begin with a complete assessment of your physical and mental health. Hannah actually reads and reviews your chart before coming in. She listens attentively to your concerns and addresses each point. Then she discusses anything she may have found as cause of concern in your chart. Finally she reviews all “action items” for both you and herself with a time frame for each to be completed. A very complete visit that does not take very long. The exact definition of a doctor!
