She's young, soon graduated I believe, very passionate, but these combined cause just decisions to be made a wee bit too fast such as weaning a patient from a medicine that is 100% needed (30 plus years with RLS) and also a lack of understanding how bad some conditions to be. Give her 20 years in the field and she'll be terrific if not burned out.
