A few red flags arose during my consultation with Hannah: 1) She did not take notes. 2) She kept looking at the clock. 3) She told me she 'just learned' about this thing called imposter syndrome. Has she ever met a high-achieving woman? 4) She told me she knows 'nothing' about insurance and lets her concierge service, Alma, do all the work. Maybe she should be aware of how people are able to utilize health care? 5) She scheduled a follow-up appointment with me without verifying the date/time, then charged me for missing the appointment. (I had told her I prefer meeting every other week; this appointment was scheduled for one week later. I also told her I wasn't sure I would be free at the same time every week; she scheduled the appointment for the same time). I am now dealing with Alma to get reimbursed for the 'missed appointment' charge; Hannah never responded to my emails calling her out on the mistake. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Avoid this provider at all costs.
