Today was 1st appointment at 11 a.m. I arrived at 10:45 a.m. He kept his 10 a.m. patient until 11:25 a.m. He kept me until 1:20 p.m. I was falling asleep by that time. Over the phone I told him I'm disabled and that I use a cane and asked if there was an elevator in his building. He said, "No." I had to climb 23 steps to get to his office. Way to go being handicapped accessible! He called me last Thursday evening re: an old message I left on his phone and he wasn't sure if I was going to keep today's appointment. I got the message Friday morning and I called him at 7:15 a.m. to confirm that I was going to keep today's appointment. He had put another person into my slot and had to put me back into it, and reschedule with the other person. Evidently, he doesn't know how to check the date and times for the messages on his voice mail. In addition, he keeps calling me "Shawn". And he WILL tell you all about the the two books he coauthored with a prior member of the C.I.A.
