Dr. Harry Pham, OD

I have never in my life met an unprofessional, condescending, impatient, uncompassionate doctor in my life! I’m still shocked as I’m writing this. I wished I would’ve looked him up or read reviews before coming. It’s my hope that the Dr’s family members (daughters, spouse, elderly or disabled family members) are given grace should they come across someone as unkind as you. I also hope that you take all the feedback as a teachable moment to do better. Blessings.

Dr. Pham was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was not provided with notes about my visit or an after visit summary upon checking out, only a prescription that I have little faith in as I felt the visit was rushed and unprofessional. I was snapped at multiple times during my visit. Dr. Pham is condescending and patronizing, not at all professional. I will not be returning as this was an absolutely horrible service experience and I would not recommend his services to anyone. When I expressed concerns that my prescription didn’t seem to improve my vision he said that it’s not supposed to fix it. That’s ridiculous. Also the waiting room and examination room are quite dirty.

I have seen Dr Pham a half dozen times over the last fifteen years. His services are excellent and his staff is courteous and attentive. He completely explains any issues he sees and answers all your questions. I have always been satisfied with my prescriptions as given. Dr Pham is professional and reserved but does not suffer fools. If you are foolish you need to go somewhere else. My eyes are as important to me as my heart or my brain. I look for a long term relationship with all my doctors and Dr Pham is who I choose to have examine my eyes.
