No communication
Telehealth
Lack of communications upon asking for an early refill. I spent the week before messaging and calling and did not receive any communication until day I was to leave for work. My work then suspended me upon not finding a replacement soon enough. I communicated this to harvey and no fixing the situation. I will be joining my lawyer in litigation with his company. This IS not the first time running into this problem with harvey. I was also told before I will not be given a medication to try until he was able to speak with my husband at time. We were going through divorce proceedings and there was constant pressured until I put my foot down and told Harvey, my future ex is not willing to offer his opinion on my mental status at time. Harvey then prescribed the medication, all the while I am having a hard time functioning at work and home.

Dr. Hall took excellent care of me during the 3 years I saw him. He helped me work through various medications to find the ones that worked for me. Even when I lost my insurance and was about to move across the country, he went above and beyond to accommodate me and to make sure I was set up for success before we went out separate ways.

Highly Unprofessional

Harvey could never remember details of our appointments or medications that we've tried. I had to argue with him over the course of 5 appointments that I did not want a certain medication and that it makes me feel awful, he did not seem to care or mind and continued to push the medication. Every appointment felt like I was just getting new medications. There was always an overdrawn, lengthy explanation for everything, which you had to listen to even if he's told you three times already. Harvey was late to multiple appointments back to back, even the ones we rescheduled. This is more than frustrating because if the patient is late for an appointment, they get charged $75. My time is money as well, so please respect your patients.

My experience with Genuine Healthcare and Harvey and his team has been absolutely fantastic. We tried several medications and Harvey always listened to my concerns and was willing to try new things when something wasn't working. Once we had tried everything, we decided that TMS was the next step. I especially appreciate that Harvey fought for me with my insurance company to get the sessions approved. At first I worried that it wasn't working, but committed to see it through to the end and by the last week or so I was starting to really feel an improvement. When the insurance company denied additional sessions, Harvey offered the extra sessions he felt I needed anyway. I truly believe that TMS has changed my life for the better and I have no regrets at all about the time or the cost, I am glad I took the chance. I am thankful for Harvey and the staff at Genuine Healthcare and would recommend them to anyone.

I was recommended to see doctor Harvey by family doctor, Upon first meeting Harvey I noticed he always had a sense of "nervousness" and he spoke very quickly about the medication he was offering me. I was never able to receive what I asked of him, there was always another medication he wanted me to try or to increase my dose even when I told him the medication wasn't working with me. After taking over 15 different medications I could no longer receive any from him, instead he decided that the pills "wouldn't work for me" and I needed to instead go through something called Transcranial magnetic stimulation, brought up multiple times a visit.. this is where they would be shocking--erm "stimulating" parts of my brain with magnetic pulses... not only is this procedure incredibly expensive, It can leave you with tinnitus and more mental health issues then you walked in with. Even if this procedure works you'll be visiting at least twice a year 5 days a week to continue feeling better.

If I could give zero stars I would. Harvey does not care about treating his patients, he's in it for the money. He personally left me a voicemail meant for another patient, his staff could never call my medication in correctly. I had a much more long post, but everywhere I post they keep deleting it. Save yourself more mental health distress and stay as far away as you can.

The worst. Really. I wrote a somewhat lengthy, unsavory yet truthful review about my experience here, bit it had just vanished. That's very telling.
