This provider specifically removed staples PAINLESSLY and explained next steps and listened well and answered all questions. It's a lovely bonus that the check in person at the front desk pushes a button (both time I was there) to open the exit door so as a person with a big incision still healing I don't have to push on a heavy door.

She ordered a difficult prescription and followed through to two different pharmacies to make sure it was accepted by them and by my insurance, and that it got shipped out immediately to me way above and beyond anything I've ever experienced in healthcare she was excellent. She truly deserves recognition for this extra effort of help, she's truly a concerned and caring person
