Talks a good game
Heather promised to figure out my problem. She couldn't even get a test preapproved through my insurance. Did she try any other tests? NO! She didn't return calls or messages, but continued to want follow up visits to do nothing except talk about her ability to figure it out. Because of her lack of knowledge and ability a diagnosis was missed that could have been treated sooner, therefore slowing the progression! I would definitely NOT recommend her to my worst enemy!
