Heather Chasteen, APRN

Heather is the best mental heath physician I've ever met with, and I have met with a lot. She listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions. She listens to what I want to happen and how I want to be treated, and doesn't just go through the run of the mill generalized processes. I appreciate that she is efficient during appointments and goes the extra mile to fill prescriptions and schedule follow-ups. I like that she doesn't speak to me in overly soft language as most mental health professionals do. She speaks to me like a regular person without being rude or disrespectful.

Incredibly incompetent. I'm a therapist myself. Explained I and insomnia from meds before and prescribed me meds that are known to cause insomnia. Rude demeanor. Very unprofessional

I've used Florida therapy services for over 3 years and Dr Heather is my 3rd Dr there. She does not work well with patients. She is blunt and rude and borderline unprofessional. I'm working on changing doctors. I left my last appointment in tears. Don't recommend
