I saw her at Mercy Urgent care in Troy. It was a horrible experience. Mind you this was during covid in Spring. I was sick for a week before I went in. Congestion, rattling cough, lethargic and aching. Every time she asked a question it was short and aggravated sounding. As if I was just there to waste her time..... she asked if I was short of breath which I was compared to normal. She scoffed and said "are you ACTUALLY short of breath" she opened the door and said to go home and drink water and asked me if I wanted an inhaler. Like she wanted to pacify me into thinking she was actually treating me. I know viruses and things can't be treated with meds always but the bedside manner didn't exist. I woke up the next day vomiting and having GI issues. I called up there to make sure if I came back she would not be treating me. Never again. I honestly always give people the benefit of the doubt but she was way to comfortable being rude. I'm sure I'm not the first to be treated that way.

Scheduled an appointment for complete exam one week prior to a surgery. Sat in waiting room for half hour and then was told she didn't have time to complete an exam (Scheduled appointment with her, a new provider, after verification exam would take place and not only RX refills). She listened to my heart and had a different physician write the scripts she was unauthorized to write. Should have seen the PCP in the office and not a NP who seems to not see the importance of an exam prior to surgery
