Working with Heather has been really helpful for me and my family. She is easy to schedule appointments with and works around my busy schedule. She has been available in times of crisis for me and also been able to add extra sessions if I have needed it. She is able to maintain professional boundaries while helping me explore areas that are hard for me access. I trust her process and also am able to ask questions and feel like I am also guiding our sessions. If you are looking for a compassionate place to land, I would highly recommend her services..

I had a very negative experience with Heather. Throughout our sessions, I often felt like she didn’t like me or want me as a patient.On multiple occasions, she scheduled appointments only to later confirm different times, making it seem like the mix-up was my fault. When my availability changed due to work and I asked about other slots, she scolded me and said she 'wouldn't have taken me on had she known I'd try to pull that kind of thing'.One time I had an emergency and needed to cancel, but she was going to charge me her full price (not my normal copay, but her FULL billable rate of around $200). When I said I’d still attend because I couldn’t afford not to, turns out she had already filled my slot!Finally, after I canceled an appointment well in advance, she never contacted me again. She simply dropped me as a patient without any notice.Heather caused me more harm than good. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone seeking a consistent, trustworthy, compassionate, honest provider.
