I was referred to Ms. Hayes from the Shannon walk-in on Knickerbocker after a knee injury due to a fall. After waiting a week for an appointment, I received a call the morning of my appointment that Ms. Hayes was leaving early that day and would not be able to see me. I was offered an appointment 5 days later that I couldn't accept. This is unacceptable to me. I have been in pain for 5 weeks now and needed help. It seems that someone could have stepped in if Ms. Hayes was unable to fulfill her obligation to her patient. Very unprofessional!
