Wonderful Dr, HORRIBLE staff
Heather is great! She has helped me so much over the past few year! She always listens and goes above and beyond! NOW, the staff, I have never dealt with such an incompetent staff! The do not return calls, I left a message on their portal 7 days ago, they have not even looked at it! Also, I left a VM and a message with the front desk, I still have not received a call back! It is a shame that a Drs office that you have been going to for years just ignores your needs!! This is not the 1st time this has happen, back in the winter it took 2 weeks for them to get back with me!! I will be transferring to a new physician group, definitely not because of Heather, I hate so much leaving her but, because of the office staff. It should not be this hard to get a "professional" staff to return a call!

She made me feel like I was wasting her time when I was trying to explain my symptoms. She spent most of the 5 minutes that she was in the room with me looking at her computer screen. It was clear she just wanted to get out of the room. She was condescending and seemed annoyed by my taking up her time.

This provider was rude and condescending. She was overheard fussing at office personnel for working me onto her schedule in the wrong type of appointment slot. Obviously this made me wish that I was not out there waiting on her. Then when I was put into a room when she finally entered she was rude and condescending. Tried to make me feel stupid for what I came in to see her about. Then she quickly looked at me and tried to make fake nice conversation. Would not bring anyone to her ever!
