Cavalier and unkind
Went to see Ms Knowles to have a pregnancy confirmed. She told us the fetus was 'probably not viable' because I had taken out my IUD only a month prior and was very casual about the probable miscarriage risk. We had to push for an ultrasound appointment, which confirmed the baby was in fact implanted correctly and viable. This was my first pregnancy and her cavalier, brusque attitude gave me additional anxiety and fear.

She’s the best ! She’s been my obgyn for the past 6 years ! I’m comfortable , I feel like family and can be open without feeling any judgement . She’s truly changed my life and my entire experience with going to the doctor obgyn

Uncaring practioner
A few years ago I went to Heather thinking I was going through perimenopause and she told me I was too young. She didn’t ask me very many questions and just acted like she could care less. She also wasn’t available at the office I went to most of the time. Fast forward two years and I feel even worse then I did two years ago, more symptoms and some of my symptoms even got worse. I felt totally unheard
