Heather is excellent. She see's my father, my mother, and now myself. She is a good listener. She is tuned into the visit. She is efficient and to the point. We all like her very much.

Heather has been my primary care doctor for 6 years now. I first met her after my son had passed away. And consistently she shows compassion, she encourages me, she listens. Now the practice in itself isn’t that great, but I’d follow her anywhere.

I have had a horible experince with Heahter Lavalle. I called her and asked for a referal to a doctor who worked with Fibromyalgia patience on a more regulare basis (because she has refused to come up with ANY treatment for my condition) and she REFUSED TO REFER ME! Her own nurse told me her words were "we dont have one in the area"... I never said i wouldnt drive to a specialist. I have told her repetidly that I was open to all suggestions for treatment. Her thought was to have a sleep study. I did- It came back negative... she wanted me to have another one to MAKE SURE?! those are thousands of dollers! This is after I called her about extreme fatigue and her suggestion was to exercise until I had energy. I gave her a one star because less wasn't an available option while still giving her a review.

This nurse practitioner repeatedly put false results and notations in my medical record. I find her to be extremely unprofessional, unfriendly (to myself and my young children), and ineffective in her treatment abilities.
