She continues billing my insurance and medicare and I am not her patient. I saw her maybe twice back in the winter. Blue Cross contacted her and she has me listed as a chronic care patient so she can send bills. She recently sent a repeat bill from 2021 which had already been paid. She is not my preferred provider as listed and she never informed me that she had me as a chronic care patient.
