She is rude, doesn't listen well, makes snap decisions, either doesn't order meds on time or twice ordered double the dose I take that would have caused kidney failure in me. When informed of the med error, she yelled at me in front of staff and patients, called me a liar, refused to let me switch to another NP and when I brought Dr Javery proof of her error, she never spoke to me about it to apologize or admit she had done it. Later she decided based on no real knowledge, I wasn't mentally stable enough for more procedures even though I had tolerated multiple ones that hadn't helped. I was in counseling weekly but she tried to demand I switch to another one at a place that I had used for years and chose to leave. She never asked a single question about my counselor. Insisted I needed a MMPI which neither my psychiatrist nor counselor agreed with nor would do. Since I wouldn't agree to her ideas, she sent me a letter kicking me out of the clinic.
