Admittedly, I rarely review; however, seeing previous reviews and themes I felt compelled to offer a counter-perspective based on my experience. Yes, a computer is often in the office and it may even be open but this is very common in today's offices. I, too, was triggered. It was discussed openly and changes made. Heather could not be more respectful, willing to help, or passionate about what she does AND my success as a client. I've only had positive experiences over the last few years.

Not overly helpful. After telling her that computers are a trigger for me she continued to leave it open anyway. Doesn’t respond to emails. She’s a good listener but lacks empathy. Feels cold.

Incredibly unprofessional, she had her computer open during our session and kept looking at the screen while I talking which was very distracting. Not very insightful or helpful and she was 20 mins late to a 45 minute session. Do not recommend.
