Heather is such a great Dr. I have had issues with my health sense I was in my 20’s. No one took the time to listen to me…until Heather came along. She is so sweet and kind and caring. Her whole staff is. Thank y’all for everything you do for me!!

I have been seeing Heather for approximately 10 years. She is a very caring person and does not rush you out the door. She listens to everything you have to say. She does virtual appointments to try and keep herself and her staff from getting sick. I have already recommended her to several friends and family.

As a Post COVID-19 patient, I've had a lot of health issues. Heather and her staff have been so unwilling to help regarding my short term disability. Important AND necessary medical information has not been provided to the company that handles the short term disability claims, therefore my claim has been denied. They have also been unwilling to provide the necessary information for me to be able to return to work, therefore I am not able to earn a living. They don't return phone calls, and the front desk staff "forgets" to ask Heather to return your call. I would definitely NOT recommend friends or family to this practice - there are other good physicians in the area.

Heather Olson is the most caring Dr. I have ever had. I have been seeing her for roughly 4 years after Dr. Maxwell moved. I was very nervous at first because I have white coat syndrome lol. I recommend her to all my friends. She truly listens to her patients! She NEVER rushes to finish. I truly enjoy seeing her each month for chronic pain care because often I'm able to share a life event or just chat about whatever.
