She is not my children's PCP but works in the same practice with their PCP. She saw my son yesterday and when she couldn't give a definitive diagnosis for his illness she sought the second opinion of a pediatric surgeon to help, was able to get more ideas and appropriate testing for what may be making him sick.

I found Heather to be very passive aggressive , condescending, and she made rude remarks the entire visit. It was very rushed and while my son is experiencing flu symptoms she tells me “some kids have diarrhea for weeks and that’s completely normal “ I have never ever heard a medical professional say something like this. She just lacked the warm hearted feeling that a normal pediatrician usually has. I would recommend to see some one else at riverbend. I will never see this uneducated woman
