Heather always listens and explains thoroughly. She never rushes and tells you what she thinks the problem is. Her and her assistant Kelly are both professional.

My first appointment was November 22. I was being seen for one bump on my right knee and one planters wart on the bottom of my right foot. During that visit, Heather froze 3 different areas on my foot referencing they were all plantar warts which I questioned.The area where the 2 supposedly additional plante warts was sensitive for a few weeks. During yesterday’s visit, Heather then stated the 2 items were calluses. I pointed out if they were calluses why did she say they were planter warts previously and freeze them. I then stated how sensitive they were which she said made sense because of them being on a pressure point. Thus I am disappointed with having 2 calluses froze and then being charged for having 2 additional plantar warts that do not even exist. The practice manager was in room for the entire conversation.

Dr. Upchurch was kind and honest about which moles needed to be removed and which ones were fine. I didn’t have to wait forever either, she was quick to see me, and then made sure I had no other skin concerns she could help with before leaving. Would recommend her!

From beginning to end, the visit was flawless. Receptionists were excellent and the appointment with Heather was comprehensive as well as informative. I never felt like she rushed through the visit.

Heather’s exam always is very thorough and informational. She has a very friendly, personable personality. I always feel completely relaxed during my office visit with Heather. I highly recommend her.

She was One hour late. Walked in and said “what do you need?” to my son. NEVER looked at his rash. Wrote a refill on script. Spent less than 2 minutes in room. How can you write a script without looking at the condition??

Heather takes her time. No rushing through. Explains what meds are for.

I came in to have two spots looked at . Heather was very professional and kind. Had me taken care of within 10 minutes of seeing her. Definitely will recommend her to anyone.

I don’t really need much except a visit to renew my prescription for rosacea. My visit doesn’t last more than ten minutes.
