Look, I am very chill. But I was so worked up after seeing Heidi Peck I cried. Their office was running behind and this woman had the audacity to start our appointment by telling me if I’m that late again they will just turn me away. I had been sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes at that point since I had arrived at the time my appointment was scheduled. She was incredibly rude and disorganized. Rushed our appointment as a seeming punishment. Was unable to locate the records my previous doctor had faxed over more than two weeks prior and again, rude to me about that. It was the worst experience I’ve had in a doctors office and I am exploring options to change providers after that.

dismissive of concerns..kept interrupting as I asked questions. Did not answer my questions and was extremely rushed.
