Similar experience as other review from 2016. She burst into the room without knocking, which foreshadowed the exam. Not much compassion, and probably the most painful pap I’ve ever had in my life... and I’ve had plenty. “This is just the beginning” she said as I whinced with pain, knowing that it was my first pregnancy. Kind of like saying “just get used to it”—was very odd-putting.

The office staff were all nice and helpful. Heike Wright seemed rushed to get me out of the room. This was my first visit to a gynecologist and I wrote that on the form they had me fill out. She barely looked at the form before she began the exam. It was very painful and I suspect she used a larger speculum than she could have. She should have been gentler and more empathetic. I wanted her to communicate better. Next time, I'll wait for the MD instead of the PA.
