Wonderful Care!
I had an appointment today with Helder and I was blown away by his kindness, caring and concern. Explained everything he was doing, gave me some great advice and was very gentle and comforting while giving my injection. I highly recommend Helger Garcia!

Awful Experience
I would not recommend visiting Helder Garcia for any type of sports medicine needs. He is only able to look at one body part "per office policy". If you are like ANY athlete, one injury can impact multiple areas of the body. If you hurt your foot, for example, it could impact your hips or your knees. Well, you would have to make several appointments "per insurance company requirements". Many excuses not to look at me as a whole and address the underlying issues causing my pain. If you already know what is wrong and just need someone to confirm with an x-ray, I'm sure he would be fine. I will not be back to this office. Very disappointed.

I injured my knee while hiking with my dog. I was able to get in the next day to see Helder who was super sweet and very knowledgeable. Helder is a great listener and didn’t make me feel rushed. He had me feeling better quickly! I highly recommend him!
