Dr. Boerman and her staff are polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are efficient and detailed in every aspect of the practice! I highly recommend both doctors, Helen Boerman and Shelby Haviland. They are well trained and deeply care about their patients and their patients' care. This attention to detail is filtered down to all of the other employees from their contact specialist and glasses specialist, to the front desk and medical assistants.
