Helen Bonds

I’ve been seeing Helen Bonds for about a month. I realize that this is not a very long time but I still want to leave a review because I wish somebody had written a review about her when I was looking for a therapist. Helen is gem of a therapist. She’s compassionate, wise, and easy to talk to. I came to her because I was having some anger issues that was wrecking my life. Helen worked with me and helped me see the patterns in my behavior and understand them. The journey has been both enlightening and frightening, but it’s helped me grow and become the person I want to be. We meet via telehealth, and she‘s very accommodating to my work schedule. I’m so glad to have found her.
