I loved going to see Helen. Sometimes it was like that nice chat with a friend you haven't gotten to catch up with in a while. She was really helpful to me because I generally talk my way through my problems and sometimes it takes me a while to figure out how to handle it, and she listens and the next visit she helps me evaluate have I solved my issues and how that went. I haven't see her in 2 years now, but I would definitely jump at the chance to sit with her again!!!
