Trustworthy, Compassionate, Encouraging
I've seen Helene for years now, I turn to her when life and my anxiety get to be too much for me to handle. I've learned so much from her, and always leave our visits feeling uplifted, relieved, listened to and understood, and like I have at least couple new tools to better understand myself and the issues I'm facing. She really understands what I am experiencing as a mother, a working mother and wife. I am so grateful for the help she has given me.
