Dr. Franklin is a nice and patient doctor. However, if he runs his other office like the one at Walmart, you will spend an extremely long time waiting. A 9:00 appointment won’t usually begin until 9:30. This has happened to me several times. They rarely return phone messages. They don’t inform you when an appointment has been cancelled. They don’t seem organized; don’t even know why a patient has come in to see the doctor. You won’t be seen in order. A patient’s time seems to be of no concern.
