Hien Tran is very professional and friendly. She always takes the time to explain and answer questions in a manner that is easy for me to understand. She always makes me feel heard and that me and me baby are in great hands.

Hien Tran was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable about what she was talking about. She took her time to address all my concerns and made sure to be very gentle during the exam and also told me I had choices and it was MY healthcare throughout the visit. She always asked if it was ok for her to proceed during the exam and explained exactly what she was going to do before doing it. She also asked if the treatment she suggested for my issues sounded ok before prescribing me something. Hien educated me about the risks of the medication and made sure to answer all my questions and ask if I had any more questions. She addressed multiple concerns I had and she was very patient with me as she addressed my concerns. Hien has a plethora of knowledge concerning women’s health issues. I was very happy and didn’t walk away wondering if I should have asked something else. She did all my education and discharge instructions by herself and I did not wait long at all to see her.
